In this evidence-based medical treatment model, you learn about your addiction and the coping skills you need to manage recovery. You attend our treatment center five days a week and receive individual therapy, group therapy and other treatment. Outpatient heroin rehab can involve about 10-12 hours of weekly treatment, with three-hour therapy sessions scheduled during the day or in the evenings.
With PHP, you get medical monitoring and many of the benefits of residential treatment, but you can return to your residence each evening and on weekends. You can take advantage of nutrition and fitness programs, support groups, behavioral therapy and other support without needing to stay overnight. This makes our PHP option great for those who need a higher level of care.
PHP is more intensive than IOP, lasting at least four hours a day, a minimum of five days a week. With this program, your dedicated treatment team will include certified medical professionals with diverse specialties, enabling them to address trauma and other challenges you may be facing.
In this program, you recover at home while our board-certified addiction doctors offer detoxification interventions, including medication and other support, to keep you comfortable and manage any withdrawal symptoms.
