Our admission process begins by getting to know you and your situation. We welcome those interested in our program to speak to us and discuss with us what your needs are. We understand that there are many options for treatment for you or your loved one. It can be an overwhelming task to choose which program is the best for such an important life changing decision. At Diamond House Detox, we want you to know that we want to come along beside you and help you with this decision. We are the first step in your recovery. As soon as your first step through our doors, our staff will begin assessing your needs. We can help you transition to a program that you feel will be the best fit for your circumstances. Those options may include transitioning to an inpatient residential program, an outpatient program, partial hospitalization program, sober living environment, or therapy. We have partnered with other facilities and professionals that will aid in your success. You can begin by calling us or filling out our contact us form. We are available 24/7 to speak to you.
We understand how daunting the first step can be, therefore we start by having an informal call where we listen to your concerns, discuss your specific substance addiction, previous treatment experiences, and your preferences for treatment. This allows us to truly understand your unique situation.
Once we have a clear understanding of your needs, we explain the various treatment options available to you. Whether it’s residential treatment, a structured sober living home, or outpatient care, we provide detailed information about each option. We also discuss insurance coverage, both in-network and out-of-network plans, as well as private pay options, ensuring transparency about the cost of your chosen treatment.
We work together to find the best timing for your treatment. We consider the availability of your chosen treatment plan and collaborate with you to schedule admission dates and finalize the necessary details.
To help you prepare for your treatment, our team will provide you with a list of documents and information you’ll need. For example, if you’re opting for residential treatment, we’ll give you a packing list of recommended items to bring to your specific treatment residence. Additionally, one of our expert nurses will conduct a telephonic intake process to assess your needs and evaluate the timeframe for your intake.
Your recovery journey begins with us. Our knowledgeable and trusted therapists, counselors, medical staff, and support teams are dedicated to walking alongside you every step of the way. We provide the guidance and support you need to strengthen yourself on the road to recovery.
The support and comfort of our community extend far beyond your treatment period. As a voluntary member of the Diamond House Detox Alumni, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals who have gone through a similar journey. Our alumni group organizes events, provides conversational forums, and offers ongoing support as you continue to grow and thrive in your recovery.
Call us or fill out a contact from online and we’ll get in touch with you.
